The DCC/CSA Welfare Fund provides a choice of two dental plans to its members. Unless otherwise requested, members are enrolled in the SIDS Dental Plan
- SIDS Dental Program. Allows you to use any dentist. If you use a SIDS Participating Dentist there is no out-of-pocket cost to you. if you use a non-participating dentist, you are reimbursed according to the schedule of allowances.
- Healthplex DMO – New York and New Jersey. This is a prepaid program, similar to an HMO. You must select a Healthplex primary dentist, and may only use another dentist if referred by your primary dentist. There is no out-of-pocket expense to you with the Healthplex HMO Plan.
