The DCC/CSA Welfare Fund provides supplemental health benefits to Directors, Assistant Directors. Family Day Care Coordinators and Family Day Care Directors employed by day care enters that are a part of the Agency for Child Development.  Fund provided benefits supplement the employer-provided health plan, and are designed to meet the special needs of the membership.  The following major benefits are provided:
